3. What if I need my computer back faster than 3 days?
We do offer an express service, which makes your computer a priority. Laptops with power issues do not have express service available.

4. Will I lose all of my data when you fix my computer?
As long as your hard drive is still readable, there is still a chance to save most of your data.
